Order is processed as below:

Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.

Step 3: Log in with a member ID order.

Step 4: Fill in the order form.

Step 5: Proceed with payment.

Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.

IMPORTANT: Your order will be shipped once your payment is complete. If you want to exchange or return the product you ordered, please contact our customer service center.

- Shipping takes 7-10 business days (for products in stock).

- Some products may take longer to deliver.

- The delivery check may take 2-3 days.

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient. Import taxes, duties and customs fees are collected by your government and they have nothing to do with this site. In case that the customer refuses to receive the parcel, the products are to be returned to Korea and will not be shipped again. Relevant costs (round shipping, customs and etc) are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund.

RETURN&EXCHANGE

All return and exchange requests must share return and return tracking numbers within 7 days of receipt of the item.

The closing time is based on Korean time.

We do not accept "post-shipment" exchange requests before the new date. Please return and refund it.
Cancellation and exchange of "pre-shipment" are subject to approval.

All customers are eligible for a refund for return shipping, initial shipping, and returnable taxes.
If a non-defective item is shipped with a defective item to WALALAND, all shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

Returns and exchanges must not be worn, changed or cleaned with all tags attached.
The following are not eligible for returns/exchanges:

- If the return deadline is over

- If there is any sign of worn or used after delivered

- If the tag / label is removed

- If the item was washed or repaired

- If the item is with scent of perfume or smell of cigarette / etc

- If the item was mentioned as non-returnable/exchangeable in the site like discounted item

- If the item is damaged including all components by customer

- If the order made via other channel, not our site

- All goods returned without previous notice will not be accepted.

Returns due to the following store issues are acceptable.

I received a product different from the order. Or Received defective product.

Returns are not permitted in the following cases.

- Simple return because of a change of mind (size, color, etc.)

- Return shoes, bags, and other accessories

- If the product is damaged due to customer carelessness

- If our employee's return request has not been approved

Processing a refund for a returned or canceled order takes 3 to 5 business days.
Please be aware that the refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on the credit card company's billing schedule.
